The Tuscan cooking class will give you a general idea of traditional Tuscan cuisine, introducing classic recipes that feature meat, cold cuts and cheese, as well as imaginatively modernized recipes customized by the chef.
What you will learn
During the Tuscan cooking lesson you will learn how to roll out dough by hand, how to prepare egg noodles or dumplings, tricks for cooking real Chianina steak or the secrets of preparing wild boar stew so that it is tender and tasty. Donatella will also teach you how to plate with imagination and how to match the right wine to various recipes.
