Intensive Tuscan cooking class
The intensive Tuscan cooking class is particularly suitable for tourists as it provides five lessons concentrated in one week, morning or afternoon according to the commitments of the participants, in which we will all have fun preparing several traditional Tuscan dishes that you can duplicate at home after returning from your vacation in Tuscany.
What you will learn
In this full immersion in the Tuscan cuisine you will learn to knead dough by hand for making pasta, ravioli with meat or vegetable filling, preparing tasty sauces and delicious roasts and game meat. Donatella will reveal the secrets to the correct cooking times and how to correctly measure and mix the ingredients.
The course includes

- Lunch or dinner with the prepared dishes, accompanied by local wines
- A finishing dinner with students' favorite recipes which they prepare themselves
