Tuscan cooking class in 4 lessons
You can take the Tuscan cooking course in one week, or two meetings a week for two weeks, or one day a week, depending on the availability of the chef and the needs of the participants. This provides a comprehensive overview of the dishes central to Tuscan cuisine.
What you will learn
Donatella will teach you how to prepare homemade pasta, bread, pizza, appetizers, rich pasta dishes and meat dishes of Tuscan tradition, as well as tasty side dishes and desserts.

- A demonstration by the chef
- Three practical "hands-on" lessons
- Lunch or dinner with the prepared dishes aaccompanied by wines chosen by the partecipants
